About Karen Sirnick
Predominantly a self-taught photographer who lives and creates in Ponte Vedra, FL. I share my home with my husband and a beloved rescue dog, Jax. As a child growing up in a family of 13, our vacations were mainly centered around camping and other outdoor activities. As a newlywed, my husband and I spent many of our vacations backpacking and camping in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. I continue to possess a deep love of nature and this subject has been a major influence in my photographic choices. I am currently retired and, although no longer backpacking, continue my passion for travel and photographing my journey. I would probably describe myself as a nature/landscape photographer.
